With the help of various groups, the Soloukhin Russian Literature Society organizes regular events for its members and for the wider community. Annually we run the Day of Russian Culture Concert – a traditional event that displays Russian culture to the broader community. Local artists, dance and theatre groups perform at the event. We also organize a variety of other functions. These include concerts, lectures, outings, exhibitions, public discussions, Russian film screenings, and artistic gatherings. Our aim is to provide the Russian community of Melbourne with a diverse cultural program which can be enjoyed by attendees of any generation in a family atmosphere.
